Investing
NCCLF has 186 individual and institutional investors. Our total loan pool is over $28.2 million. We provide socially responsible investors with an opportunity to help nonprofit organizations provide affordable housing, essential community facilities, and vital human services.Qualified investors place their funds at a predetermined interest rate and term and we make loans from the loan capital pool to qualified development projects. An investor’s funds can potentially be cycled through several loans during the term of investment in the pool.
How to Invest
If you would like to learn more about becoming an NCCLF investor, please contact us (and place “investment inquiry” in the subject line if you send an e-mail).
This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to buy. All prospective investors must review our most recent prospectus, which gives more complete information about the Fund and investor criteria. The California Department of Corporations requires that potential individual investors in the NCCLF satisfy certain financial criteria, which are listed in the prospectus.
