We are proud to announce that we’ve invested in HealthRIGHT 360‘s new “Home For Health,” which will integrate healthcare service for at-risk San Francisco residents under one roof. The organization grew from a partnership between the Haight-Ashbury Free Clinic and Walden House, and has recently absorbed Asian American Recovery Services (a Community Vision borrower), Lyon-Martin Health Services, and others, to serve the most vulnerable residents of the city in one, centralized location.

The 48,000 square foot facility at 1563 Mission Street has a total project cost of $52.8 million, and will provide primary medical, mental health, dentistry, resource and reentry, and substance abuse treatment services to over 27,000 people annually. Construction is expected to be completed by February 2017.

Community Vision provided $8 million in New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) toward total NMTC financing of $49 million In addition to NMTCs, Community Vision provided $1.7 million of a $8.5 million term loan provided by Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) to help fund the project. We’re pleased to have collaborated with several other financing partners on this project, including Bank of America, NFF, Corporation for Supportive Housing, Enterprise Community Investment, Dignity Health, and Primary Care Development Corporation.
