Community-based organizations typically use their financial statements to see if they are generating a surplus at the end of the year and whether they performed according to budget. The information on financial statements can help executive directors, managers, and board members handle unexpected occurrences throughout the year. In this workshop, NCCLF’s expert financial consultants will teach you how to use your financial statements to make wise and strategic decisions.
Cost: $10, scholarships available. Email Sarah Schwid at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
