Through the SOMA Capacity Building Initiative, NCCLF is offering free financial management and “real estate readiness” technical assistance services, as well as workshops to nonprofits located in the South of Market (SOMA) neighborhood.
This workshop series is for Executive Directors, Senior Managers, and Board Members who are preparing to move to a new facility. Topics include:

- How much space do you need?
- How much can you afford?
- How to negotiate leases and purchase agreements
- Financing sources
- What to look for in a new space
- Assembling your project team
