NCCLF gave the Affordable Housing Associates (AHA) a $546,939 loan to help AHA purchase a multifamily housing project in the Adams Point area of Oakland. AHA is rehabilitating the building and converting it into 30 units of affordable housing for very low-income people, with 11 units set aside for individuals with special needs.

St. Mary’s Center (SMC) provides a range of services geared toward very low income seniors, both homeless and homebound, as well as “at-risk” preschool-aged children and their families.

Ed Roberts Campus (ERC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2000 to build and maintain a transit-oriented multi-tenant center to house disability rights organizations and organizations serving the disabled community.

Options Recovery Services (ORS) is an eight-year-old nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of addiction, mental illness, crime and homelessness with programs that help addicts and alcoholics get treatment, employment, housing, and a meaningful life.

Youth Radio (YR) is a 501(c) (3) public benefit corporation established in 1992 to support the intellectual, emotional and creative development of young people through training and access to media, and to produce the highest quality original media for local and national outlets.
