Fairmont Apartments


AHA Adams PointNCCLF gave the Affordable Housing Associates (AHA) a $546,939 loan to help AHA purchase a multifamily housing project in the Adams Point area of Oakland. AHA is rehabilitating the building and converting it into 30 units of affordable housing for very low-income people, with 11 units set aside for individuals with special needs.

St. Mary’s Center


Emma found a home at St. Mary's Center when she had nowhere else to go.St. Mary’s Center (SMC) provides a range of services geared toward very low income seniors, both homeless and homebound, as well as “at-risk” preschool-aged children and their families.

Ed Roberts Campus
