Fairmont Apartments


AHA Adams PointNCCLF gave the Affordable Housing Associates (AHA) a $546,939 loan to help AHA purchase a multifamily housing project in the Adams Point area of Oakland. AHA is rehabilitating the building and converting it into 30 units of affordable housing for very low-income people, with 11 units set aside for individuals with special needs.
