Nonprofit Real Estate Consultant
The Nonprofit Real Estate Consultant will identify nonprofit organizations that serve low income communities and will work them to plan and facilitate their lease, acquisition and/or development of appropriate facilities. He/she will facilitate decisions related to leasing or purchasing real estate that meets their needs. Specifically the Real Estate Consultant will provide facility strategic planning, conceptual financial feasibility, selection process for development team members, assessment of property operations and asset management.
Director of Program Development and Financial Consulting
The Northern California Community Loan Fund is seeking to hire a new manager with major responsibility for three key areas:
- To coordinate NCCLF’s evaluation of and responses to new opportunities for consulting, underwriting, and analytic work that are presented periodically by third parties such as foundations or government entities
- To initiate the development of innovative new products that use NCCLF’s expertise in financing and financial management to assist nonprofit service groups, foundations, and government entities
- To plan, direct and coordinate all aspects of NCCLF’s financial management technical assistance program for nonprofit organizations that serve low-income people, known as Fiscal Fitness
