The Magnolia Terrace project involved the major rehabilitation of a ±2,300 square foot historic residential structure in Emeryville to create five units – three studios and two 1BR units – of affordable rental housing for persons with developmental disabilities. NCCLF provided financing for this project. We congratulate the Housing Consortium of the East Bay for this well deserved award!
