Teresa Davis is a Consulting Program Analyst. Before joining NCCLF, she worked for the City of Houston’s Housing & Community Development Department. At the City of Houston, Teresa managed and tracked construction projects funded by HUD’s Community Development Block Grants Program. She also has extensive knowledge in affordable housing and sustainable development.

Teresa holds a B.S. in Community Development from Portland State University with an emphasis in Housing & Economic Development. She also has a certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Portland State University.
