NCCLF Recieves $40,000 Grant from Citi


Three leaders from Citi recently visited our San Francisco office to present a $40,000 check to the NCCLF team. The check represents a grant to expand NCCLf’s consulting, training, and technical assistance programs for non-profits serving low-income communities.

NCCLF Receives $25,000 from Union Bank


In May 2009, NCCLF received two corporate gifts totaling $25,000 from Union Bank. The first gift, a grant of $15,000, will be used in NCCLF’s general operations to provide financial solutions and technical expertise to nonprofits serving low-income communities. NCCLF Loan Supports Affordable Family Housing in Oakland


NCCLF recently gave the Affordable Housing Associates (AHA) a $546,939 loan to help AHA purchase a multifamily housing project in the Adams Point area of Oakland.
