Three leaders from Citi recently visited our San Francisco office to present a $40,000 check to the NCCLF team. The check represents a grant to expand NCCLf’s consulting, training, and technical assistance programs for non-profits serving low-income communities.

In May 2009, NCCLF received two corporate gifts totaling $25,000 from Union Bank. NCCLF recently gave the Affordable Housing Associates (AHA) a $546,939 loan to help AHA purchase a multifamily housing project in the Adams Point area of Oakland. AHA used financing from both NCCLF and the City of Oakland to buy the property. AHA is rehabilitating the building and converting it into 30 units of affordable housing [...]
